Refund and Fulfillment
All orders are processed within 10 to 14 working business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

All shipments are delivered through the United States Postal Service.

If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it within 30 days from the date of receipt.  Please note: Items must be new, unused in original condition.  You must contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and shipping instructions.  Please include your original order number and RA# on the outside of the return package.

Cancellations made 7 days after the order is placed will receive a 100% refund.
